What are your eligibility requirements to rent one of your properties?
We require 3x rent as income. We will also do a credit, rental history, and background check. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
No, we only hold a property once your application has been accepted and you have paid the hold fee. -
How much do I need to move in?
You will need the first month’s rent (prorated if not on the 1st) and the security deposit, less the amount already paid as a hold fee. If it is after the 15th of the month then you would also have to have payment for the following month. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You need to be of legal age to enter a contract, which is 18. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, the deposit is refundable as long as it has been cleaned and isn’t damaged. -
How do I pay rent?
We accept many different forms of payment: Venmo, Zelle, online through apartments.com, check, or money order. Sorry, we do not accept cash. -
I want to get a pet. What should I do?
As long as a pet is allowed at the property you are applying for then we have your pet apply ($25 fee) which will give your pet a score that determines the surcharge you would pay for that pet. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What should I do?
If your roommate meets the rental criteria on their own then you just simply request the lease to be changed. There is a $30 processing fee for this request. If you are -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What should I do?
If your lease is expiring and you do not intend to renew then simply give notice of your intent to vacate at least 30 days in advance.
